Dr. Bolin received a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Northern Illinois University in 2002.
He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
Dr. Bolin currently serves a Continuous Process Improvement Program Manager for the U.S. Navy in Millington, TN.
Previously, he held professional appointments at Arkansas State University, Rockford Public Schools, The Ball Foundation, and National Computer Systems.
Dr. Bolin’s current professional/research interests include: continuous process improvement, cognitive biases and stereotypes, deviant workplace behaviors, personality and performance, group and team performance, leadership, and integrity.
